During my pregnancy, I used my experience with nutrition to learn all about what to eat when pregnant. I wanted my unborn child to be as healthy as possible, and I also did not want to gain tons of weight. My other goal was to be get back to my pre-baby weight as soon as I could.

Trust me, I know what you are feeling. Learn from me and my experiences and have the best pregnant term possible. The first thing for you to do is to learn what to eat when pregnant.

You will be surprised to find out how easy it can be to keep your baby healthy and only gain 25 to 29 pounds during your pregnant term. You can also find out how to get your pre-baby weight back within 7 weeks. It really is super easy. First, you need to find out which products you can have that are good for you and taste great. Second, you need to completely stay away from the nasty foods. That’s it? Yep! So, lets start with talking about the foods you should keep away from your baby!

Keeping the unhealthy foods away from you and your baby is very important. The wrong foods can harm your babys natural growth while in your belly. These bad foods can cause havoc to your babys developmental processes and can make you gain way to much unhealthy fat that can cause other problems like gestational diabetes.

I am sure that you already know that sugary cakes and potato chips are unhealthy for your baby, but what about foods that are labeled as health products? Yeppers, they are also bad for you and your baby. Let me tell you why! Well I can tell you that its not the carbs or the calories that are harming you. Its not the moderate use of sugars or fats! It’s the chemicals and preservatives that are harming you and your unborn child.

So go ahead and take a look at the ingredients list on all of your foods that come in a bag or box and you will understand what I am talking about. Research has proved that these chemicals completely play havoc on our bodies. You want to learn what foods you can eat to have a healthy pregnancy?

Eat foods that contain only 1 ingredient. Trust me, when I was learning what to eat when pregnant I found out that theres tons of them. Foods like: steak, chicken, vegetables and fruits, rice, eggs, butter, bacon, coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes. Make sure that you do not cut out your calories, and DO NOT cut out carbs. You will do more harm than good.

Finding what to eat when pregnant will help you keep away all the extra unhealthy weight, and will also help fight nasty pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness and fatigue.
