The oldest realtor  in the country is probably Ebby Halliday who is 98.

She is from Texas and just finished required classes so she can  renew her license.

She referred to her two days in class as "being incarcerated."

That's because she could have been the teacher, and probably should have been.

But if a 98- year old lady can get out and sell real estate and receive a standing ovation from her classmates, than we can fulfill our dreams.  That's even if we're over 50.

I'm tired of people telling us we can't.

I'm tired of hearing we shouldn't.

If you want to do something, do it.

Get the education you need, or whatever you're lacking and make it happen.

Ebby has done that.  She's an excellent example.
