Olde adult memory tend to center on the good memories and the bad ones.
As we grow older, we forget more of the unpleasant aspects of our lives.
We also get over some of our social phobias that may have plaqued us in our younger years.
Plus, if we had bad tempers we develop longer fuses to keep those moments of anger under control.
Those things that used to bother us don’t haunt us as much.
That’s according to an article based on research from Duke University and the University of Alberta, and is appearing in the January issue of Psychological Science.
