Are Senior Adults the Happiest?

Yes, senior adults are the happiest age group,according to the April issue of American Sociological Review.
That' s mainly because they have learned how to accept things as they are, aging expert Linda George thinks.
The least happiest?
Baby boomers, of course. Reason? We want it all, and we haven't figured out we can't have it all yet.
Maybe, but I think the real reason is we are at the height of our work and family responsibilities. That's a hard load to carry.
