A country doctor is giving his opinion about the new health care plan.  His insight is not only blunt, but it's also surprising.  Wasn't this bill supposed to solve all of our healthcare problems?

Now that the emotional grandstanding and political intrigue are over, it's finally time to decipher this massive piece of legislation.  Dr. Rick Bendinger MD does just that and he still has a lot of questions

What makes his blog so interesting is that it's coming from a real practitioner who actually knows his patients by name.  They are his friends and neighbors in the small Alabama town where he serves.  These folks are very lucky.

Read Dr. Bendinger's  opinion about the health care bill.  (Also scroll down the page for Peter Shapiro's article)
