Exciting Alzheimer's News Linked to Gene Discovery

seniorman4More exciting Alzheimer's research is in the news.  It seems we are getting closer to better understanding Alzheimer's with  such new discoveries as the four genes now associated with the dementia disease.

Scientists believe the linking of these genes to Alzheimer's will give drug companies new clear targets for drug development. Is an Alzheimer's cure in our future?  Or will we be receiving drugs which can at least control the condition?
