Dr Oz Explains Anti-Aging in Plain English

Dr. Oz's good diet

Anti aging tips keep coming from Dr. Oz.

I really like him because not only  is he a frequent guest on Oprah, but he can explain complicated concepts like how antioxidants, polyphenols and catechins actually work to keep us looking and feeling younger.

He advises to drink white tea or green tea because they have antioxidants, polyphenols and catechins.

I personally like the white blueberry pomagrante tea you can get in the grocery store.  Not only is it delicious, but it's really good for us too.

Dr. Oz also advises to heat tomatoes in oil because that will bring out their rich lycopenes.
