Don't Make These 10 Weight Loss Mistakes

Wealthy Seniors has one of the best nutritional articles I've seen in a long time.
And it's just in time.
Last night I was reading an old cookbook published in 1948, and I was thinking about making some of those mouth-watering cholesterol clogging desserts until 10 Weight Loss Busters You shouldn't Eat stopped me cold.
#8 reminds us we could blow all of our calories for one day on one snack. That hit me hard. And we're not talking only about the really fattening things like chocolate cake, or ice cream dripping with syrup with sprinkles on the top.
But #3 is the tip that really got me thinking. What about fake labeling that is downright deceptive?
If we're depending on reading the labels we may be in big calorie trouble.

It is always a struggle to get the weight off and then it takes a conscious effort to keep it off.
Being over weight is an emotionally draining and physically draining situation to be in and many times your struggle is reduced to ridicule and insensitivity.
The exhilaration you feel when you look back 5 months before you made a conscious effort and see positive results is truly gratifying and often creates wide smiles and happy tears.
Losing weight can be accomplish but motivation must come from the inside to change the outside.
You can and will do it, just never give up hope.
Only give up the pounds and the inches.
