Alzheimer’s risk: can the right diet help you avoid it?

There’s a possibility according to a new study which stresses a diet of fish, poultry, dark greens, broccoli and cauliflower.  Tomatoes are also a tasty way to stay brain healthy.

We keep hearing more and more about studies which make all kinds of claims.  However, we know these foods are good for us and if this latest study proves there are certain foods you can eat to protect yourself that is all the more benefit.

What if you don’t like these foods?  Some people can’t stand cauliflower. One solution is to add delicious sauces and that will also work for broccoli.
