10 Ways to Insure Healthy Aging

 This list on healthy aging is one of the best we've found because it's simple and concise.  It explains simple steps anyone can take to age successfully. 

We've always known keeping our blood pressure under control is vital,but what about exercise?  Is it really necessary to exercise hard to stay healthy as we get older?  Not according to this list.  Simple exercise such as walking is not only easy for most people but highly effective.

Another interesting point which is often ignored with the elderly is maintaining social contacts.  Too often elderly people are isolated which is one of the worst situations for their health.  By mingling with others, elderly people can stay mentally alert and happy, which helps them stay healthy.
