They will help you to develop coping skills that are not based on food, essentially interventions that will stop your reliance on emotional eating and allow you to live a balanced, physically and emotionally healthy lifestyle. Looking at things from a holistic nutrition point of view, try and understand what the food is actually giving you and see if you can get this someplace else.
