I do not usually post to a blog but I like this post therefore I was forced to do so. Going off the topic slightly, what are your thoughts regarding walking? It is currently being advertised as the best exercise to burn fat.

I’m not a medical expert, but many doctors do advise older people to get out and walk.
It’s good exercise and gets you up and moving.
I think one of the biggest problems with the elderly is that they don’t often do the simple exercises such as walking, which could make a big difference in their quality of life.
