		<description>I have read the article on knee joint exercises &amp; the best leg exercises. I suffer from a condition called &quot;Spastic Ataxic Gait Disorder&quot;
brought on by an accident &quot;electrocution&quot;(severe nerve damage to the spinal cord)
I have to try and exercise the legs as much as possible to prevent muscle wastage. I shall start commencing with both the Leg Exercises &amp; Knee joint exercises. Thank you for the article</description>
