Realage is backing up a claim by Outdoor Fitness magazine that walking can help you cope with bad memories.
As you exercise your body can help you get rid of bad memories that are stored up in your mind.
I don't think they mean you'll never remember the bad stuff, but exercise helps you cope better. It clears your thoughts in a lot of good ways.
Outdoor exercise such as walking is recommended because it will make us feel good to get outside and get moving.
