When Your Aging Parents Lose Their Health

David Solie has a  hard-hitting article called Crossing the Eighty-Something Frontier on his blog Aging Parent Insights.

I think he makes a very good point that we need to face the big reality that our aging parents are growing more frail and will be experiencing loss of health as they reach what David refers to as the "eighties zone."

This is something I notice everyday with my mom.  I notice the small details of how she is weaker than she was the day before.  I have to point out it is very hard to accept, but we must.  We really don't have a choice.
