Finally, it’s about time a celebrity chose elder care as their crusade of choice.  That’s the good news.

However, our newest  celebrity spokesperson is none other than Martha Stewart.  But taking care of aging parents  seems to be  a sincere cause for her because she cared for her  own mother until she  died at age 93 last year.  That gives her first hand experience.

Recently Stewart spoke before a Senate committee about the challenges of aging.  Will Congress listen to her?
