How Assisted Living Works is an article which gives some quick start facts everyone in their 50's and older really needs to know.
For example-there are 3 ways to pay for assisted living. 1.medicaid 2. Long term insurance 3. Out-of-pocket
As we know medicaid doesn't cover everything and you don't quality if you still have your own resources.
Long Term Insurance can get tricky. Wait too long to purchase and your premiums will be much higher. Purchase too early and you may be paying premiums for far too long.
Out-of-pocket- enough said. We all know what that means.
