Rana, from the blog, Notes From  an Eclectic Mind, has a moving and eloquent vent about caregiving I think we'd all be interested in.

She's caring for her elderly friend who has been ill for six years, and she talks about the little difficulties that can take a toll on you emotionally, physically and spiritually.

She calls it her "siege mentality" and she is pointing out something very important.

"Caregivers need to rant."

Amen.
