The famous wealthy Brooke Astor’s death has demonstrated how important your will preparation is.  The last Mrs. Astor was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s nine years ago and that was about the same time she changed her will.  Her last will & testament now benefits mainly her son, Anthony Marshall.
