Are You Stressed Out Taking Care of Your Aging Parents?
You're not alone, according to Dr. Tamara Greenburg.
She points out baby boomers are the first generation to be taking care of a big population of elderly parents.
People are living much longer these days and they need more care.
We are also anxious for our parents and ourselves.
As we watch our parents battle with old age, we're thinking about our future, which will probably be similar.
In other words, it's a scary time in our lives.
There's a lot of grief and guilt involved.
But the important thing that Dr. Greenberg stresses is that we're not alone.
