Some prescription drugs may be causing the elderly to lose mental capabilities if they are combined with certain dementia medications.
This should be a warning to all caregivers.
If your elderly loved one is quickly losing thinking skills the problem may not be necessarily connected to Alzheimer's or dementia that comes with age.
A study conducted by the Wake Forrest University School of Medicine may have an answer for the countless questions appearing in caregiving forums and discussions groups.
If your elderly loved one is quickly losing mental capabilities look into any medications they may be taking for acid reflux, high blood pressure, Parkinson's disease and urinary incontinence along with some dementia drugs.
