The holidays are tough no matter what the condition of your family member are. I think the best way to handle the holidays as caregivers is to try and remember that at one time we all needed help, and that the person we are now helping probably helped us at one time.

I think the key is to think positively and to stay in that frame of mind. That can keep us happy.
