There are lots of ways to deal with your aging parents' anxiety.

Aging parents will have anxiety, but there are many positive things you can do to provide them relief.

The Washington Post has a piece about a care giving daughter who is having to deal with her 78-year-old mom’s agoraphobia.

The problem is that the mom will not leave her house and refuses to visit the daughter and grandchildren who live only a few hours away.

The caregiver daughter doesn’t know what to do in this situation and is contemplating turning all the responsibility over to her unmarried sister. ( A big mistake, I might add.)
