Can Mediterranean Diet Stop Alzheimer's?

The Mediterranean Diet can help slow down Alzheimer's, according to a study at Columbia Uuniversity and reported in Business Week.
This diet is largely made up of fruits, vegetables, fish and olive oil.
People who eat a lot of it stay sharper in old age and are at less risk for developing Alzheimer's as well as heart disease and Parkinson's.
Here's another interesting point.
I love the Mediterranean Diet.
I have a Greek friend from Athens who is a superb cook and we go crazy over everything she fixes.
So maybe we've hit on a diet that is actually delicious and good for us at the same time.
